Nick Dispatch provides commercial freight dispatching services, including freight searching, load negotiation, broker setup management, and paperwork processing. We act strictly as an administrative service provider and do not operate as a licensed freight broker or motor carrier.
2. Fees and Payments
In consideration for the services provided, the Client agrees to pay the Company a service fee based on the agreed-upon rate (either a flat weekly fee or a percentage of the gross revenue of each successfully booked load).
All invoices issued by Nick Dispatch are due upon receipt. Payments are accepted securely via credit/debit cards or electronic bank transfers through our authorized payment processors (including Payoneer).
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client must maintain an active Motor Carrier (MC) authority, Department of Transportation (DOT) number, and valid commercial trucking insurance. The Client is solely responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles and compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nick Dispatch is not liable for any delays, cancellations, damaged cargo, or payment disputes arising between the Client and the freight broker or shipper.
